Medical Receptionist

Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. Register and schedule patients by ensuring all information is correct including insurance and all demographic information. Collects co-pays and balances. Coordinates with insurance companies; verifying eligibility, doing prior authorizations and assisting with billing issues. Completes other clerical duties as well.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task and be comfortable with technology. Prior experience in a medical office is required.

Monday - Friday approximately 8:30 to 4:30 at either our Dublin or Lewis Center location. Days and locations will be set in advance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
