Property Manager

Property Manager to run all functions of leasing and management of a luxury student housing complex located directly across the Youngstown State University campus.

Applicant preferred skills and experience:

Property Management Experience (Student housing management preferred)

RealPage/Onesite/Onsite preferred

Customer Service

General accounting and bookeeping skills required to use web based property management software.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property management: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
