NORTHWEST EYECARE PROFESSIONALS is a Specialty Eye Care Clinic with multiple locations around the Portland, Oregon area. Our services include neuro visual system, vision and syntonic therapy, dry eye, ocular diseases, myopia management, infantSEE, and specialty contact lenses.
Role Description
We have 3 openings for:
Full time on-site Patient Care Coordinators for the front desk in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA and Beaverton, OR. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring patients have a seamless patient care experience, from scheduling appointments to billing medical examinations at time of check-out. Previous experience is not required but strongly encouraged as this position requires a lot of training and understanding of medical coding/billing and Insurance interpretation.
We are looking to fill a full time role in 3 of our 4 clinics, please indicate location when applying. (Clackamas, OR - Beaverton, OR - Vancouver, WA)
Qualifications for Patient Care Coordinator
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
- Medical Terminology and Patient Care skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms
- Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus

Pay: $18.16 - $21.00 per hour
