SalaryEye Centers of Southeast Texas/Plaza 10 Location is looking for a receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented. This team member will be expected to work in the front office and help be the face of our practice. Professional communication with patients, checking in and out patients in the clinic, answering phones, and addressing patients' needs are key roles for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Collect co-pays and insurance screening
- Verifying and confirming appointments
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred
- Knowledge of word processing documents and excellent computer skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
