Position Overview:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients and clients, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience at our medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
Qualifications:
- Ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to patient needs.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is a plus.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
