SalaryWe are looking for an individual to work the front desk in our NW OKC Optometry practice full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Prepare charts for examinations
- Maintains filing system and data entry
- Types routine correspondence
- Assist patients with choosing glasses when needed
- Calling patients to schedule their annual examinations
- Insurance verification
- Promote the importance of eye care
- Assists other office staff as required
Skills and specifications include:
- Have impressive telephone etiquette
- Great communication skills as well as the ability to work with others in close manner
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Needs to have basic computer skills
- Ability to learn new software and technology
Optometry experience is a plus
Experience with Compulink is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
