What will the Human Resources Specialist do?
- Benefits administration for employees
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
- Employee on-boarding/orientations
- support employees in leaves of absence and compensation
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Implement new HR procedures for the department
- Organize employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Resolving issues in a timely manner for all employees
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
