Busy Family Medical Office seeking full time receptionist for our front office. Must have strong communication skills and be able multitask. Medical experience with EMR required. Applicant must be a team player and work well with others but also be able to work independently. Duties to include check in/out patients, authorizing insurance, collecting co-pays and deducible, answering phones, scheduling appointments, referrals, and taking messages. Candidate must have strong organizational and time management skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure and remain professional and friendly. Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
