Front Desk Associate, Medical Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their Medical Office consultation . If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
- office experience and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
