Medical Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Medical Office Assistants for our Ozempic and GLP1 weightloss program. Pay starts at $18 per hour with bonuses for good reviews from patients and/or doctors. Prior nursing experience is preferred but certification does not have to be current. We value your medical background! This is a pleasant, easy pace environment compared to the typical medical practice. The ideal candidate is friendly, mature, and reliable. Full or part time employment available. Discounts for you and family, too! We currently have 2 NMDs and a bonus if you can refer one more!

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and basic patient questions
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with medical records management, including filing, organizing, and retrieving patient records
- Enter patient information into electronic medical record systems
- Collect payments from patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Medical Office
- Provide general administrative support to medical staff as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience working in a Medical Office setting is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
