```Responsibilities:```
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Assist with organizing office events and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members as needed.
```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software, Microsoft Word, XL spreadsheet .
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Previous experience working in an office environment or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
