Busy West Valley Primary Care office looking for a Front Office Receptionist

We are a small office dedicated to treating our patients with dignity, compassion and respect while creating a fun and inclusive office culture.

Front Office Duties Include-

Answering telephones

Scheduling appointments

Taking Phone Messages

Patient Call backs

Telehealth administration

Fax inbox

Verifying Insurance

Checking in Patients

Scanning in Patient Documents

Medical Records

Candidate Requirements -

Annual influenza shot is required and provided by the office Free of Charge without insurance coverage.

MUST have a bubbly personality. Think Disney!
MUST have Medical Office Experience
Electronic Medical Records Experience - Eclinicalworks is a plus!
1 yr or more relevant experience required.
Great Computer skills
Knowledge of basic office equipment

This position requires a candidate who is personable, has great phone skills, has great critical thinking skills, is able to multi task, is organized, is a self starter, is able to handle multiple responsibilities, is great with pediatric patients, is computer literate, and has a great personality. As the first person patients interact with, your attitude and warmth creates a lasting impression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
