Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Our busy and professional medical office is seeking a front office assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Monitor level of supplies
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with vendors, patients and other team members
• Perform receptionist duties and welcome all patients with a smile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• Clinic
• Outpatient

Medical specialties:

• Surgery

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
