We are looking for a Fun Energetic Front Desk Team Member to join our team. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the medical field, we’d like to meet you.
This position is Monday - Thursday (4 days a week)
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients upon arrival
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks to include entry of demographics and medical insurance
- Verify Insurance coverage and interpret benefits
- Make phone and in person appointments
- Inform patients about payment methods
Skills
- Work experience as a front desk clerk, Receptionist or similar role in the Medical Office setting
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
