We are seeking an experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist to work Monday - Friday with no weekends or holidays. Join us today!

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet patients & visitors
• Promptly & professionally respond to patient inquires via telephone & patient portal
• Ensuring all required paperwork are completed
• Perform clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, filing
• Patient scheduling
• Collecting patient financial responsibilities
• Perform other job-related duties as directed

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years’ experience in medical reception
• Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
