SalaryEnsign Services is looking for a Receptionist to work closely with our Administration team in our outstanding facility. THIS LOCATION IS IN HOUSTON, TEXAS 77049.
Schedule will be Mon-Fri 8am- 4:30pm.

- Ideal candidate for this position will have experience with customer service and prior receptionist experience , Bi-lingual is a plus!!

Receptionists greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff. Our Receptionists sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs. You may also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Customer Service
- Professional, positive, and customer service driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Must work well independently and unsupervised.
- Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
