We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update medical records
- Collect and process necessary paperwork
-Manage surgery schedule
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Assist with medical billing and coding tasks (will train)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a healthcare setting
-Knowledge of medical insurance
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using medical scheduling software (will train)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with patients
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical records management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
-Bilingual a plus
