We are looking for a warm and friendly Front Desk Receptionist in our Weight Loss Clinic in Temple. Looking for someone passionate about the health and wellness industry and excited to help our patients with there weight loss goals. Experience with Electronic Health Records is a plus. Must be able to work on Saturdays and have flexibility to occasionally work in our other clinic location in Killeen.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs and operates all Front Desk procedures
- Greet and check in patients
- Explain Weight Loss Program to new and existing patients
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Document in Electronic Health Records
- Scan documents into patients records
- Take Payments / handle cash
- Cleaning the office
- Other clinical duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fast Data Entry and Typing
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Front Desk Experience/Customer Service 1+ years
- Understanding of HIPPA
- Medical Experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
