Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Alamo Primary Care is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our primary care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collect co-payments and other payments from patients.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Provide information about primary care services.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 Years experience as Front Desk Receptionist.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• High School Diploma

Skills:

• Front Desk Receptionist Course is a plus.
• Experience in eClinicalWorks is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
