Front Desk Receptionist

Holiday Inn Express and Suites is looking for a Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and other persons in the hotel as important members of the team.
• Answer a multi-line phone system in a timely manner.
• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel according to the IGH Guidelines.
• Perform general office support tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, etc.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and organized environment.
• Provide support to guests as they enter the hotel.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must possess the ability to be flexible with changing demands on work schedule.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
