A growing, VERY FAST PACED, and BUSY podiatry office is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.
Main duties include but are not limited to: Maintenance of patient's charts. Verify patient demographics, Billing information, insurance card, and obtain necessary consent form signatures, Verification of Insurance Benefits, Assist with Patient Collections, Schedule patient appointments (*existing patient and New Referrals), Assist with incoming phone calls.
Candidate MUST have the ability to maintain a cheerful, positive and respectful attitude, demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and have good telephone manor, computer, and typing skills.
*Initial communication will be through e-mail.
**Drug testing will be required.
