Where there is continued growth, comes opportunity. We are looking to add a Service Technician/sales rep to cover the Houston area territory. You will be the go-to Service Technician. All of our technicians uphold the highest standard quality control measure in the industry (ISO13485). What You Will Do
- Inspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problems
- Perform annual maintenance inspections per OEM specifications
- Perform repairs, replace parts to OEM specifications
- Increase footprint within the Houston area
- Earn commissions on service, selling refurbished surgical microscope systems, video/camera systems, accessories, and service agreements to customers
- Set meetings and appointments with decision makers (hospitals, surgery centers, admins, materials managers, surgeons, clinics, universities, CEOs)
- Using various manual and power tools daily
- Respond to multiple service calls per week
- Stay compliant with national vendor credentialing requirements
- Submit electronic paperwork daily
- Some overnight stay, minimal work on weekends
- Drive to service calls, sales meetings, cold calls
Requirements
- 1-3+ years sales experience
- Valid Drivers License required
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
- Comfortable with manual and hand tools
- Strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
