What you will do-

  • Aid in the review of incoming set requests in Copilot to determine if a suitable set can be sourced locally within branch territory
  • Interface with regional customer service and commercial operations for order escalation should it be required
  • Conduct inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare for redistribution
  • Perform JDE transactions for surgical set movement to maintain proper planning and traceability of inventory
  • Work with courier and transportation services for shipping of product
  • Maintain efficient process flow ensuring that both incoming and outgoing product are flowing through the site as intended
  • Provides on call support on nights and weekends when required
  • Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Ensure compliance to manufacturing procedures and training, under managements guidance, ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, ensure all daily orders are fulfilled while providing the highest quality product as measured by KPI’s, and assist with cycle counting inventory in various hospitals and office locations throughout territory

What you need-

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the Medical Device industry and hospital customer base preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; multi-tasking is a must
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work is normally performed in a typical light manufacturing environment.
