- Responsible for overseeing and developing the US life cycle / product strategic plan; securing corporate agreement and overseeing the execution of that plan in the short and long term; guide and drive organization structure and growth necessary to execute strategy; working with the global product strategy and development teams to achieve those goals; meet or exceed financial targets.
- Build a high-caliber Commercial, Service and Operational teams: attracting, recruiting, and developing talent to ensure effective planning, launch readiness and execution success to meet financial objectives.
- As a member of the executive management team; to participate in, develop and execute corporate objectives and strategy. Acting as delegate as requested by head of Airgas Therapeutics.
- Responsible for the US P&L of the inhaled nitric oxide product, ensuring delivery of set financial KPI’s on both the revenue and cost functions. Managing capital investments to ensure financial health and product continuity in the market.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams and drive for consistent, effective communications across commercial, clinical development, medical affairs, publications and any corporate communications to external stakeholders.
- Serve as the product launch expert to guide development of programs in various stages, including strategic context, target product profiles (TPP), product development plans, product branding, and other strategic considerations.
- Maintain clinical and market/competitive knowledge to support product success.
- Directs the planning and execution of a fully integrated US drug/device product launch and ensures continued growth. This includes, but is not limited to, US sales and marketing, product life cycle management with global teams, Technical Support and Service, and Medical Affairs roles including clinical training.
- Oversees the strategy and execution of Airgas Therapeutics pre-launch and launch activities to support corporate objectives.
- Ensures that Airgas Therapeutics continually identifies changes in the market environment or competitive strategies and evaluates, adjusts, or redrafts the organization’s strategic plan and philosophy accordingly.
- Participates in the development of policy and practice for the Corporation.
- Keeps the Airgas Therapeutics Board and Airgas/Air Liquide Management teams apprised of developments that may have an impact on US and global functional activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required, MBA or related graduate-level degree is preferred.
- Experience in respiratory acute care, medical gases,, as well as with combination products preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industries in both large and small organizations.
- Proven success with launching new products to market;
- Proven success with building and leading launch operations
- Experience with innovative go-to market models.
- Strong knowledge of drug and medical device product development, regulatory, clinical, and medical affairs.
- Strong understanding of both Commercial and Medical Affairs launch strategies with proven ability to build and lead all facets of a product launch function.

- Works out of Houston, TX office, Plumsteadville, PA office, or REMOTE
- Up to 30% travel may be required.
