Bilingual Spanish Medical Call Center Representative Needed IMMEDIATLEY!
Position Summary:
As a Medical Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline communicator between healthcare providers, and patients. Your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance, and offering information related to medical services.
Duties:
- Professionally handle incoming calls from patients.
- Answer patient questions regarding , medical services, test results, and general information with accuracy.
- Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments based on patient needs and provider availability.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and accurate appointment scheduling.
- Verify patient insurance details to ensure accurate billing and facilitate a smooth administrative process.
- Provide information on insurance coverage, co-payments, and other related queries.
Details:
Full-time (M-F, some Saturdays)
Pay: $19-$22/hour (DOE)
Location: Commerce, CA (in-person)
MUST be bilingual Spanish
