Medical Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Medical Call Center Representative to join our healthcare clinic team. As a Medical Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families over the phone.
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their upcoming appointments.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about clinic services and procedures.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the clinic's database.
• Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure patient needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
