SalarySeeking a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team. Must have the ability to coordinate patient intake, data entry, insurance verification, and schedule patients to assure smooth workflow in a positive and friendly manner. Working knowledge of computerized appointment scheduling system (knowledge of Micro MD a plus), patient billing, insurance processing, or other related office functions. Requires ability to research and resolve issues independently related to insurance coverage questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies. * Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints. *Performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payers. * Processes payments from insurance companies* Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

Pay: $16.31 - $19.64 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
