Job description

The Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist will execute personalized 1:1 marketing campaigns and website experiences, driving incremental business value by optimizing desired conversions throughout the customer journey. This role partners with stakeholder teams to identify, prioritize, and implement campaigns and personalization programs through iterative testing and measurement and optimization. You will play a critical role in understanding key moments both online and offline that move target accounts and personas through the stages of awareness, consideration, purchase, customer loyalty and how to effectively influence funnel stages with content and campaign level tactics.
Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of 1:1 marketing campaigns, actively participating in strategic planning and implementation.
  • Execute 1:1 personalization to improve conversion rates on graco.com, including the definition of test strategy, goals, potential return on investment, size, and duration in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to align marketing activities with key account strategies.
  • Collaborate with divisional sales and marketing teams to identify top target accounts and objectives that drive growth and enable customer success.
  • Develop personalized and compelling content strategies tailored to target accounts, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support the development and management of multi-channel, targeted campaigns to support business growth objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation of required campaign assets with graphic designers and content writers.
  • Assist in the analysis of campaign performance, optimization of activations, and provide actionable insights for sales hand-off.
  • Work with divisional sales teams to effectively track customer lifecycle and engagement across digital and face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders on the digital marketing team, including SEO, content, marketing automation, CRM and analytics, to promote a culture of testing and optimization within the department and across the company.
  • Define and implement repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across all strategic accounts globally.
  • Collaborate across regional and global functions to ensure alignment and synergies in marketing efforts.

Requirements
Education/Certifications
  • BS/BA in Marketing or Business required

Experience
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience, with an advanced understanding of account-Based Marketing, paid media, and the impact they have overall website KPIs.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Have experience working with website personalization or AB/multivariate testing tools.
  • Experience working with keyword research tools .
  • Basic understanding of HTML and webpage structure.
  • Experience with account-Based Marketing software such as Demandbase, 6sense or Hubspot

Skills/Abilities/Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Effective communicator across multi-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding on how digital marketing influences the consumer purchase process in the online space.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with other groups in the organization.
  • Superior logic and communication skills to present complex concepts and data analyses in a clear and effective manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with other marketers, but also has the ability to manage projects with minimal direction.
