REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical claims and billing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency in NextGen software is required.
Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Familiarity with insurance regulations and reimbursement processes

Process medical claims accurately and efficiently using NextGen software.
Perform billing tasks including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
Generate reports to monitor revenue cycle performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
