```Duties``` - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate and up-to-date demographic information - Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in person and over the phone - Collect and verify insurance information, process co-payments, and assist with billing inquiries - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Assist medical staff with administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers and follow up on test results - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and inquiries in a professional manner ```Skills``` - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic life support procedures - Understanding of human physiology and ability to interpret vital signs - Experience with medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Familiarity with X-ray procedures and equipment is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate nature with a focus on providing quality patient care Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
