Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and treatment
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Take and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
- Answering patient phone calls
- Preparing charts for upcoming appointments
- Obtaining prior authorization on medications
Skills:
- Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs and documenting patient information
- Mutli tasking, Organization, and a eye for details
