Duties Include:
- Providing and accurately documenting personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL'S) for assigned residents.
- Making routine rounds on each assigned resident with established procedures.
- Contributing to resident assessments and care plans. Promptly communicating any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor.
- Providing certain non-resident services, such as light housekeeping and laundry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Caregiver / Direct Care Requirements:
- One year of experience in a direct care role at an assisted living community and experience working in memory care preferred.
- Current certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work at least every other weekend
