General Summary:
Under general supervision of clinic nurse, and following established procedures, prepares patients for physical examination, obtains specimens, conducts select routine laboratory tests and records results, performs phlebotomy. Performs clerical duties as needed.
Location: Bolingbrook (will also float to other Occupational Offices including to Naperville)
Hours: Hours scheduled between 6:45am and 6:00pm + every 6th Saturday
What you will need:
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association for healthcare providers or, in case of practice acquisition, certification must be obtained within three months of hire date.
Preferred:
• 3 years clinical experience
• Successful completion of a school that is accredited by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA). Obtain certification within one year of hire.
