Responsibilities:
- Administer injections and assist medical staff in various cosmetic procedures ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Greet patients upon arrival, assist with intake forms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Manage and update social media platforms to promote the spa's services, engage with clients, and create engaging content.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a clean and organized spa environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Adhere to medical spa policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant certification.
- Previous experience in administering injections and assisting in cosmetic procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling social media platforms and basic marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic office procedures.
