SalaryWe are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Job requirements:
- Taking vital signs
- Drawing blood
- Taking medical histories
- Team associate
- Preparing patients for examination
- Assisting the provider during exams
- Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
- Performing basic laboratory tests such as strep, flu, covid and UA
- Preparing and administering medications, vaccines as directed by a provider
- Performing injection
- Performing EKG
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Good computer skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
