The ideal candidate is highly organized and can multi-task with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has a friendly and positive demeanor and can work in a group, independently or in a hybrid remote environment. This individual must be proficient with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.), EMR, Adobe Acrobat.
In this vital role you will work closely with our Practice Manager and provide support to our administrative team and providers.
Primary administrative responsibilities will include:
· Responding to incoming calls, emails, mail, and faxes.
· Organizing files, scanning documents, ordering office and some basic medical supplies
· Taking meeting minutes
· Assisting in developing and improving workflow processes
Job Type: Full Time Monday - Friday (30 to 40 hours a week)
Salary: 35k to 45k depending on experience

Experience: 2+ years Medical Experience
Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred.
