Job Description:
As a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator at Thrive Medspa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and care from the moment they enter our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the Medspa. Assisting in patient intake processes, including paperwork and documentation. Taking high-quality photos for before and after treatment comparisons, ensuring patient confidentiality and consent. Answering phones and responding to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information. Following up on leads and inquiries to schedule consultations and appointments. Monitoring and managing social media channels, engaging with followers, and responding to messages and comments. Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments. Performing regular Front Desk administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, billing, pulling reports and sales data and maintaining patient records. Flexible personality willing to step in and be a team player where needed. Hours of operation 9am-6:30pm Tue, Wed, and Thur and Fridays 9am-5pm
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or patient care role, preferably in a medical or spa environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software and social media platforms. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.
