- Greeting patients and answering phones in friendly manner • Able to multitask in fast pace office • Obtain all required patient information to import in their chart • Scheduling patients to ensure we have a productive schedule, monitor cancellations/no shows • Collect deposits/payments due at time of service and be sure payments are entered correctly • Make sure all insurance agreement consent forms are signed by patient and in chart • Answering patient emails and text in timely manner • Reading and interpreting dental insurance benefits • Present and track treatment Plans needs • Perform any/all tasks assigned by Doctor or management • Entering predeterminations to follow up and schedule patient • Making sure to work collaboratively with clinical team to ensure the proper procedures are being walked out on date of service • Assist patients that have questions or concerns in a professional manner • Scanning patient documents • Excellent communication skills • Be friendly and outgoing • Have a professional appearance and attitude • Keep waiting area clean and presentable

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
