Luxury Medical Spa Front Desk Agent

We are expanding and hiring! We need a Front Desk Ambassador for our busy Medical Spa.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Ambassador to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all individuals entering our Medical Spa.

General Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify patient information and update records as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, data entry, and verification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to all privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Participate enthusiastically for Marketing and Social Media
- Assist the CEO as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Cosmetic Dermatology is a plus
- Prior experience in a Medical Spa, Spa or Salon is a plus
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, data entry, etc.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
