Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and sheet metal components and weldments. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Striker.

Duties:

- Design and develop components and weldments.

- Create detailed engineering drawings using CAD software

- Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and implement corrective actions

- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during fabrication and assembly processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for 2D and 3D modeling

- Familiarity with Striker post-processing software systems is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
