Summary: Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with specialization in healthcare related building design and a strong background in consulting.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
Must have a PE License
13+ years of consulting experience emphasizing on healthcare related building design
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and architectural principles, practices and techniques
Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel

Job Responsibilities:
Conceptualize initial design approach for major phases of large projects.
Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate Mechanical Engineering work.
Interpret and revise engineering documents.
Conceive, plan and conduct research in complex problem areas.
Prepare engineered plans, technical specifications, contract documents and assist with estimates.
Participate in contract bidding and administration; observe ongoing progress of a project.
Assist in coordinating projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants and firm staff.
Resolve complex problems such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements.
Pay: 150k-170K

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
