Mechanical Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Duties
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks, Creo, and other CAD software
- Conduct research to determine the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanical systems
- Perform calculations and simulations using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software to validate designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical designs meet project requirements
- Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures and implement corrective actions
- Create technical documentation such as engineering drawings, specifications, and test plans
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performance optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Mechanical Engineering

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and/or Creo
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
- Experience in mechanical design and system design
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards for Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
