Job Title: Maternity Leave Coverage - Temporary Office Administrator (3-month contract)
Location: Greenwich, CT, and remotely
Hours: 20 - 30 hours per week
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (paid as a 1099)

Role Overview:
As the Maternity Leave Coverage - Temporary Office Administrator, you will report directly to the Owner and play a crucial role in ensuring efficient client service. This is a temporary position covering a 3-month Maternity Leave.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Owner and remote colleagues.
Handle client and applicant interactions professionally and efficiently.
Maintain the staffing database, ensuring information accuracy.
Process contracts, resumes, references, background checks, and correspondence.
Anticipate issues and recommend efficiency improvements.
Perform general office duties and other tasks as assigned to maintain superior service for our clients.
Qualifications:
Service-oriented with a focus on quality service and anticipating needs.
Upholds professionalism in demeanor, language, punctuality, attitude, and integrity.
Sharp business acumen and understanding of client and candidate needs.
Proactive problem-solver, seeking assistance when needed.
Effective written and oral communication skills, protecting confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Requirements:
3 5 years of office/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service (or related) experience.
Experience maintaining a software database.
Proficiency in using computers, internet, email, and office software (Microsoft Office, databases).
Bonus points for staffing agency or related experience.
