Stores, processes, collects and distributes all supplies and equipment products to and from the hospital. Ensures adequate supply levels in all areas. The Distribution Attendant is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all par levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Distribution Attendant is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all Point of Use (POU) areas according to the defined schedule delivers and collects all Materials Management products to and from the hospital. Ensures adequate supply levels in all areas.
EDUCATION:
- High School graduate or G.E.D equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years healthcare experience preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
