Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at our facility in Sayreville, NJ, 08872. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for budgeting and forecasting purposes
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop processes to improve project efficiency
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring tasks are completed effectively
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Leadership and people management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong background in root cause analysis and process development
