The Fairfield Marriott Medford Long Island is currently hiring Full and Part Time Front Desk Associates. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for promoting hospitality at all times by welcoming guests in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
Job function to provide a positive overall Guest experience for our Hotel Guests.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests.
-Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests.
-Follow all Company and enforce all Marriott policies
-Greet and assist all guests in a friendly and warm manner.
-Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
To assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Guest Service-related functions and to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
Other responsibilities as needed. Customer Service Experience a must. Previous Fosse Experience a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
