Salary: $60-$70k
Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the initial garment spec for costing and making samples.
- Conduct fitting through to the production sample approval stage.
- Knowledge of pattern correction, grading & garment construction.
- Establish specifications and construction requirements for each garment type
- Make fit comments.
- Review and revise spec sheets to confirm their accuracy
- Strong working relationships with cross functional team members through communication and problem solving
- Communicate fit revisions and comments to vendors in a technical package format.
- Develop and maintain on-time execution of vendor-ready tech packs, including construction sketches, fabrics and trims, construction details, bills of materials, measurement charts and graded specifications.
