Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe is a large business in Scottsdale, AZ. By working as a team, we strive to provide the highest quality food and service possible. Front of House Team Member (Cashier / Hospitality/ Customer Service). We are looking for someone who has full time availability but are willing to work with you to make it happen! We close at 7pm, so you don't have to worry about those late-night closings!

Fast-paced environment, plenty of opportunity for growth. This cashier will be responsible for checking customer ID and money, making change, and accurately completing documentation. The cashier should have strong people skills and a willingness to help customers as needed. Excellent opportunity for individuals looking for long-term employment with a popular company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. (1).
- Verify prices of items purchased by customers. (1).
- Keep accurate records of cash, check, and credit card transactions. (1).
- Collect payments from customers. (1).
- Return change to customers making purchases in cash or by check. (2).
- Handle customer complaints and questions. (2).
- Apply cash register tape to daily tills and ledgers.
- Keep the cash register drawer at an appropriate level of currency.(4).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.60 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
