We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cashier and Dishwasher to join our team.

Cashier Responsibilities

· Guest courtesy and satisfaction, have a positive and friendly attitude

· Greet customers in a courteous and cheerful way

· Answer telephones

· Operate cash register

· Assist with guest inquires

· Assist with take-out / to-go orders

· Entering delivery service orders in timely manner (tripdelivers)

· Maintain and clean register and to-go area

· Assist with restaurant cleanliness

· Assist with food preparation

· Assist with wiping down tables and bringing dishes back to the kitchen

· Satisfy guest complaints promptly, politely, and quietly

· Follow Pima County health codes, no exceptions

· Side work – Restrooms, re-stock paper goods when needed. (toilet paper, hand towels)

· Other duties to be performed as assigned

As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. ```Responsibilities:```

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area

- Empty trash containers regularly

- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils

- Sweep and mop kitchen floors

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to work well within a team

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
