The Role
We are looking for a proactive marketing professional to join our team to support our Rooms division. This is an independent role for a driven individual to take ownership of the assigned partners utilizing our technology for their hotel booking platforms. Your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your marketing background and experience to effectively set up and measure marketing campaigns across the portfolio. While you will have leadership support from Marketing and Rooms leadership, this position is directly in contact with partners and should be comfortable to operate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main marketing POC for the assigned partnerships supporting the Rooms Account Directors
- Own monthly and closeout reports to track and monitor performance of marketing initiatives for each booking portal
- Understand client contractual marketing obligations and ensure timely fulfillment both by client and internal team
- Develop marketing integration plans for each partner to promote the hotel booking portal on their channels. This includes email, social and website integration.
- Plan and create email campaigns for our internal database of past clients at key booking times
- Proactively provide insight to clients and identify new marketing ideas and strategies
- Full capabilities in marketing technologies (Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation software, and others) and pulling/analyzing all necessary information to provide actionable tasks for the company.
- Help grow brand awareness and market positioning.
- Manage regular reporting and reviews with the leadership and marketing functional teams.
- Identify new marketing ideas and opportunities that support department goals & strategy.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or affiliated specialized area.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with an understanding of digital marketing principles and pillars
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4, and comfortability building performance presentation decks to display and analyze the data
